PORTSMOUTH — A 56-unit single-family home development proposed for land off Peverly Hill Road received a key city approval this week. The city’s Site Review Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) recommended the project at 83 Peverly Hill Road be granted a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for the Open Space Planned Unit Development and site plan approval.
