Lawang Hill Langkat is located in Lawang Hill Plantation Village, Bohorok District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra, and is part of the Gunung Leuser National Park.

If you depart from the city of Medan, the trip to Lawang Hill takes about three hours with a distance of about 94 kilometers.

The most common travel route is via Medan to Binjai, then continuing towards Bohorok. You can use Google Maps for navigation, or if you want more comfort, you can use car rental services in Medan.

Opening Hours and Entrance Ticket Prices

Lawang Hill is open 24 hours a day, but the best time to visit this place is during the dry season, avoiding slippery roads during the rainy season.

To enter this area, visitors only need to pay an entrance ticket of IDR 5,000 for domestic tourists, while foreign tourists are charged a higher fee of up to IDR 150,000 per person.

In addition, parking fees are charged at IDR 10,000 for two-wheeled vehicles and IDR 20,000 for four-wheeled vehicles.
